Copper-tape screened, XLPE-insulated, LSZH-sheathed power cable combining earth-fault protection with electromagnetic compatibility for demanding installations.
The CU/MT/XLPE/LSZH metallic screened power cable adds a copper tape metallic screen (MT) over the XLPE insulation. The screen provides a uniform earth plane: in the event of an insulation fault, the fault current is safely conducted to earth instead of damaging equipment. It also suppresses electromagnetic interference, making the cable suitable alongside sensitive instrumentation.
Like our standard LSZH range, the sheath is low-smoke and zero-halogen, and the full construction is type-tested by TÜV Rheinland. Available in 1.5–400 mm², 1–5 cores, with cut-to-length service for project orders.
